Yes, it is frustrating. I know that J has problems with fruit for sure. When we used to see GIs, I asked about fructose, they said it was improbable and did not want to test it... It's so frustrating when the doctors don't believe the mother! I just stopped giving J fruit. Once in a while she'd have a little piece of banana or apple but I make sure to give that to her in the morning, if I can't convince her that she really doesn't want to eat it... she loves sweet potato, but it also seems to be problematic.
